The product performance interruption with the messaging provider has now been resolved, and the application is functioning normally for all users.

Our messaging service provider has released a hotfix and we are starting to see normal performance in our testing. We are monitoring the recovery.
Our messaging provider is experiencing a performance issue that is impacting AutoServe1’s ability send text messaging in the US. We are working with them to restore service. Email is still functioning and can be used as an alternative to send reports.
