The product performance issue with our integration partner, MOTOR, has now been resolved. All MOTOR data services, including VIN decode and scheduled maintenance, are functioning normally for all users.
Our integration partner, MOTOR, is experiencing a product performance issue, affecting all MOTOR data services for AutoServe1, including VIN decode and scheduled maintenance. We are working with MOTOR to help resolve the issue. We’ll provide an update on this issue once the issue is resolved.
